Demi has come a long way since her Camp Rock days. In March it was 3 years since she got out of rehab and she has become a beacon of hope for many you people who self harm. With her book Staying Strong, Demi has reached out to millions of people who need guidance.

What is there not to say about Emma. After her UN speech about He For She equality, Emma has showed what a force she is to be reckoned with. She has broken away from Hermione character and created a movement for women equality. She had everyone from celebs to politicians standing behind her and showing their support.
4. Kate Upton
The first thing you associate Kate with when you hear her name is photo shoots, but Kate is an amazing role model to young girls who battle with body issues. Kate shows that you don't have to be a size 00 to be anything you want to be, as long as you are happy with yourself, that's all that matters.
