REVLON ULTRA HD MATTE LIPCOLOR - SEDUCTION

Lipstick, lipstick, lipstick. It is something that I just don't seem to like applying to my lips. It is either too drying or too sticky. I have tried applying it every way you can think of, but it just doesn't work for me. That was until I found the Revlon Ultra HD Matte lipcolor. I have been curious about liquid lipsticks for a while, but after having tried another brands liquid lipsticks, I was skeptical. Not anymore. Revlon has changed my life. 
Revlon says that it is a lightweight formula that is moisturising and is 100% wax free, which means there is no freaky texture on your lips. It is a gel formula and comes in 8 different colours. 

I absolutely love this liquid lipstick. I choose the colour seduction at it is the closest to my natural lip colour and I didn't want a shocking lip colour just yet! The packaging is sleek and the doe foot applicator makes applying it a breeze. Although I would recommend using a lip liner in the same colour if you have an unsteady hand. Or if like me you just suck at applying liquid lipstick. It gives you a guide line of where to fill in. Kinda like colouring in, never going out of the lines. 
There is one thing that I truly love about this product, and that is the smell. I am a sucker for anything that smells like vanilla and that is the first smell I got as I opened the lipstick. When I researched a bit further, I found out it also smells of mango. Now that is a heavenly combination. 

The texture of the lipstick is velvety and my lips felt very nourished. There was no drying effect and my lips felt soft the whole day. The lipstick lasted for kinda the whole day. I did have to reapply at around 3. Which is good considering I drink a lot of fluids throughout the day.

Is it worth the hype? Oh definitely. There are 8 stunning shades and just the smell alone has me wanting to buy all 8. But honestly this is a brilliant liquid lipstick and for someone like me who generally wouldn't apply lipstick, I would recommend this to everyone.
