I absolutely love Rita Ora. Not only for her voice but for her style as well. She is always so sophisticated and well put together, whether for a red carpet or just jumping on a plane. So today I choose two of my favorite Rita looks and I'm showing you how to get the look for cheaper.

I have a huge amount of love for Pandora. Their jewellery is of superb quality and they range of charms are amazing! So when I heard about their new Summer Collection I couldn't wait to have a look. The 2015 Billboard Music Awards have been and gone, but the fashion and the winners will live on for a couple of weeks. My girl Taylor Swift went home with quiet a few awards and looked smashing at it. Let's look at the fashion and then the list of winners...

My winter weekend outfits

With Winter rapidly approaching here in South Africa, not that I mind, but it is time to start getting to the shops to buy some winter clothes. Of course I'm going to head to my favorite store, Mr Price. They have a lot of new products in and you can buy online, either have it delivered to your door or to your nearest Mr Price branch.

Autumn Wardrobe

Its officially Autumn here in South Africa and this leads to my favorite time of the year, WINTER!
Autumn doesn't generally get very cold here, but when the wind picks up, it can be very chilly. Lately I have gone for a very simplistic wardrobe. Mostly black, navy, white and grey, with maybe a pop of colour.  I also like to be comfortable, and want soft fabrics. So I have put together a list of what I will be going to get soon, from my favorite store, Woolworths.

Style Icon ~ Lily Collins

When I think about style, certain words pop into my head. Classic, rock, comfort and wearability. When I think about style icon, again, a few people pop into my mind. One of them the beautiful, Lily Collins!

Lily's personal style is always so stylish and comfortable. I love the fact that she almost always lives in jean (like me) and that it looks effortless. Her hair is either loose and wavy or in an up-do. But she can also glam up for red carpet events at anytime. 

Oscars 2015 ~ Favorite looks

What a weekend it has been... Moving, unpacking and of course the Oscars 2015!  I must say I was impressed with most of the dresses, just one or two that I thought could have been left at home! For me the Oscars is about glamour and sophistication.  Her are are my favorite looks from the awards!

1. Dakota Johnson... My favorite!

Could she look any more the Hollywood leading lady? The dress is perfect, just enough jewellery and hair and makeup amazing. 

2.  Jenna Dewan and Channing Tatum

The perfect couple! Jenna looks like a bombshell in her beautiful white dress and Channing ever the gentleman in his tux...

3.  Gwyneth Paltrow

Gwyneth can do no wrong in my eyes. Hair, perfect! Jewellery, just enough! And dress splendid.

4.  Jennifer Lopez

Wow, wow, wow!! Ever the Hollywood star! 

5. Reese Witherspoon

Keeping it monochromatic, Reese definitely does look sophisticated at the Oscars. 

6.  Rita Ora

While most kept it neutral, Rita and a few other stars, went for the bold, dark colours.  Rita look stunning in this dark indigo creation with gold accents!

Men's Section? Who cares?

If you know me, you know I want to be comfortable. I'm sure as hell not going to wear something "trendy" and it's pulling up in all the wrong places! So when I go to my favorite clothing stores (Mr Price, Edgars and Woolies) I naturally, like all woman, I'll browse to see what they have available in the Ladies Department.  My more often than not, you will find me gravitating to the Men's Section. 

Now don't get me wrong, there are some great pieces in the Ladies section, like the pants and some of sweaters, but the t-shirts??? Like what the hell is this thing with a longer back and a shorter front? Looks like the manufacturer didn't have enough material for the rest of the shirt! Is there a reason for these shirt being cut like this? 

No me, I'm not one for trends! To be honest I hate it. Give me a skinny jean, a classic t-shirt and my Vans and I'm happy. I've put together my favorite things from the Men's department at my favorite stores, just in time for winter...
